This week’s word is buildup, and it is from a book called Good to Great. This book was written by a fella named Jim Collins. It is one of those how to not burn a business into the ground books. Enjoy!

[perfectpullquote align=”left” bordertop=”false” cite=”” link=”” color=”” class=”” size=””]What is a gift to you?[/perfectpullquote]

Gifts.  Are they to be given, or are they to be received?  Some gifts come in packages, and others you can not see.  Gifts can be words said or actions done. They seem to only come on occasion, but should appear with each moon and sun.  Gift someone a smile, or a simple wave hello. The smallest of gifts, and oh how far they can go. The impact you can have, the power to change a day.  Gift someone your love, and do it everyday. We need no reasons, we need no rhyme. We call this the season of giving when we should give all the time. Gift to those who need it and to those you do not know.  The gift that was once given will soon be yours to own.
